Roses are Red

Violets are blue, and Tokyo is white.

Well, it’s Valentine’s Day. But love isn’t the only thing in the air - there’s also lots of crystalline ice flying around.

Though by last night most of the snow around Tokyo had sublimed (it didn’t really melt), I found myself humming Christmas tunes once again this morning.

Snow is falling…

All around me…

It snowed all morning…

and the snow continued to fall all-day…

I decided to take a detour through a nearby temple on my way home, and was glad I did…

It’s just as well we don’t have any big plans this weekend - it’s looking like another whitewash!
